5th Annual Craft Fair

Dear Prospective Exhibitor, 
The Gatekeepers Women's Group of Church Alive is pleased to extend to you this invitation to participate in our 5th Annual Craft Fair to be held on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, from 10am to 2pm. We are located at 15500 N Western Ave, Edmond, Ok 73013. All vendor registration proceeds from the event will benefit the Gatekeeprs Women's Group and their outreach endeavors.

While we encourage handcrafted items, other commercial & unique items will be allowed as approved by the church  leadership. We will also limit the number of like items/vendors (scentsy, etc) so as to maintain the variety of merchandise available to our customers. The sale of food concessions is limited to the Men's Group as part of their fundraiser. However, prepackaged foods such as spices, sauces, etc are acceptable.    

Each year our craft fair has grown, (yay!) so for 2025 we are excited to announce....OUTDOOR SPACES! See below for details.

Guidelines:

  • Merchandise: As a church community, we strive to maintain an uplifting atmosphere. With that in mind, we ask that vendors avoid items with themes that may be considered dark in nature (such as ghosts, goblins, witches, etc.).
  • Spaces are rented on a first come/first serve basis
  • A 8x6 INDOOR space is $40 (adjoining spaces may be purchased if desired.)
  • A 10x10 OUTDOOR space is $40 (electricity not available outdoors at this time)
  • 6 ft tables are available to rent on a limited basis for $10 each.
  • A limited number of electrical outlets are available for $10 each. (for indoor space only)
  • Should you provide your own table, please make sure it will not exceed the booth space/size.
  • Tables should be draped to the floor.
  • Additional/separate displays may be used by the vendors so long as they fit within their booth space.
  • All vendors are expected to keep their booth open for the entire show.
  • Set up is Friday (Sept 26th) from 4:30pm-6pm or on Saturday (Sept 27th) from 8:30am until 9:30am. Any items left in the building overnight will be at your own risk.
  • After unloading booth items, vendors are asked to park furthest from the door to provide easy access for customers. 
  • REFUND POLICY: ALL BOOTH SALES ARE FINAL. The rental fee is considered a donation and can be claimed as such on your taxes. If you need to cancel please email us at churchalivewomensgroup@gmail.com.
  • Door prizes will be awarded throughout the day; vendors are encouraged to donate an item.
  • Once the craft fair has ended, please have your space packed up and cleaned up by 4pm.

POLICY: Spaces are rented on a first come/first serve basis, including tables and electrical outlets. Deadline for registration and payment is September 22nd, 2025.

CANCELLATION: All booth sales are final and non refundable. If you do need to cancel, please let us know so we can plan accordingly. 

PAYMENT: Payment is due at registration. Upon completing the online registration, you will be prompted to submit your payment online.

Confirmation: upon receipt of completed registration and payment, and after review and approval, a confirmation email will be sent to you. (In the unlikely event your registration cannot be approved, you will be issued a refund)

RELEASE OF LIABILITY/HOLD HARMLESS: Vendor releases sponsor from any and all injury liability, loss or damage that may occur to property or self while on the premises. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Church Alive in Edmond, Inc. for any action or liability which may arise. By submitting registration, you, the vendor, agree to the terms of this agreement.
